Hi! I am MJ!
My name is Mi’kel Janel, known by “MJ”. I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Sports Nutritionist. I’ve been training for over 7 years now with the focus of weight loss, functional movements, strength training and overall fitness. In my experience as a Personal Trainer, I find the success of my clients lies within the right mix of nutrition intake, motivation, dedication, and discipline.
As your trainer I will be held accountable to make sure you are achieving those goals. We will work together through your journey giving you the strength or energy to feel good achieving daily activities. During our sessions you will learn corrective exercise, healthy eating habits, daily water intake and more to take fitness from a daily routine into a lifestyle. Let's work together!
